Premium Retail BDM – 2 positions available; 1 North England, 1 South England

Job Description & Duties:- As the Premium Retail Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our premium retail stores through training and sales, growing the Vita Liberata brand and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Specification: – To liaise with the Key Account Manager and represent Vita Liberata in training/ selling/ demonstration and merchandising. The role requires flexibility and the ability to successfully sell product in a retail environment, deliver retail product knowledge training, promote the brand and merchandise product in store. You will be expected to travel to each retail account in your given area which will include (but not subject to) Space NK, John Lewis, House of Fraser, Marks and Spencer and World Duty Free. It will be your responsibility to effectively plan and manage your working diary. There is also an opportunity to be fully spray tan trained and support with Vita Liberata professional events.

Essential Criteria:- Must have previous field sales experience and proven sales record, Must be highly self-motivated and driven, Must be able to work alone and use own initiative, Must be able to work under pressure and used to working towards targets, • Must have clean driving licence.

Hours of Work:- Part time hours as required. Monday – Saturday availability

Remuneration:- Attractive basic (depending on experience) + commission, Ipad, Mobile phone

Business Development Manager, South England

Job Description:- As the Business Development you will be responsible for supporting current accounts, growing the Vita Liberata brand and exceeding monthly targets.

Duties include but are not limited to: Supporting current customers with education, training and business development. Actively sourcing new business by cold calling and following up new lead enquiries. Setting up your own appointments and managing daily journey plans. General Account Management (helping answer customer queries, taking orders etc). Assisting at events and trade shows as and when is necessary. Identifying new routes to market via social media channels. Training salon staff in the Vita Liberata method of spray tanning. To co-ordinate in-store promotional and sales days to develop business within salon/Spa and Pharmacy. Assist the Marketing department with the co-ordination of events ran by Vita Liberata as and when required. Merchandising and staff training in Retail A/C’s

Must have basic computer skills. Must be able to work under pressure and used to working towards targets. Must have clean driving licence

Hours of Work:- This is a full time position. 40 hours per week (5 working days) between Monday – Friday. You may also be required to work evenings and weekends. Although number of working days are negotiable

Front End UX Web Developer

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Front End Ux Web Developer to join the team at HQ (Templepatrick, Northern Ireland) working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.Working in an ever-expanding marketing department, you will report to the Head of Web and Multimedia and will be given full scope to be as creative and imaginative as you can be!You’ll be responsible for building different applications and sites for our brands and services.You must be looking for a career, not just a job.

Key Responsibilities:- Build high-end sites into Content Management System that conform to the latest web standards and deliver to the quality benchmark set by the company. Build assets from supplied Photoshop and Illustrator CC files. Ensure builds comply with the approved design (pixel perfect) and build specifications to create functional solutions that work across modern browsers and resolutions. Test sites across browsers, platforms and devices for scripting and display errors. Co-ordinate with production teams in regular meetings. Explain solutions when needed to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide input regarding the implementation of platform developments, in conjunction with management. Flexible to achieve demanding deadlines on occasion.Working with a team of developers to insure all web functionality is produced correctly

Essential Criteria:- – 2:1 or above Degree in a design related discipline. 2+ years industry experience working in a web UX based role. Design websites for all platforms. Understanding of coding principles and standards. Proficient in using WordPress and Woocommerce. Ability to troubleshoot problems and maintain websites to proper web standards. The ability to use Content Management Systems to design web pages. Excellent proficiency in Photoshop. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organised, flexible and be willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike. Proactive and always thinking a step ahead. Providing efficient delivery of tasks. The ability to work with a team of developers to collaborate and efficiently test and complete tasks. Experienced Mac user. Experience of coding for responsive mobile and tablets. Experience of working on E-Commerce sites. Fluent in the latest HTML & CSS practices

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (depending upon experience)

Graphic Designer

You will be required to create graphic designs ready for print and online publication. This includes designing packaging, advertisements, websites and point of sale amongst many other things. Required Skills:- – 2:1 or above Degree in a design related discipline. 3+ years industry experience working in a design role. Must have a strong creative flair, originality and visual sense. Extremely accurate with an eye for detail. Excellent proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
